BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Saddam Hussein's 24-year reign over Iraq has ended after U.S. troops swept into the heart of Baghdad and jubilant Iraqis pulled down a huge statue of their ousted leader, broke it apart and danced and stomped on its severed head and limbs.
